We are looking for an experienced Outbound Call center supervisor to lead and manage our outbound call team. You will be responsible for training, assessing their work and coaching them to maximize performance.

An excellent call center supervisor must have at least 5 years of outbound call center customer supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and be able to lead and motivate. You will be organized and reliable as well as results-oriented.

The goal is to achieve excellent performance from your team that will bring sustainable business growth.


  • Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
  • Hire and onboard new employees
  • Answer questions from the team and provide guidance and feedback
  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
  • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc
  • Ensuring the team understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
  • Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary
  • Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position, min 5 years
  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • Proficient in English
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite of products such as Sheets, Gmail, Docs, etc
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone software tools and relevant computer programs
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • A results-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in making and closing outbound calls

Job Details:

  • 8-10 hours per day – Monday to Friday
  • This is a fully remote position; you will be working from home.
  • The position is for contractors; however, it is a full-time, long-term role!

Salary: R30,000.00 – R35,000.00 per month
